to my dearest neal,
i hope this letter finds you well! it is a rainy saturday and i thought writing this would cheer me up. rainy days are best when shared with the one you love.
i've set the arrival date of this letter for our anniversary. where will we be then? at uconn, i hope. and if not, i hope we'll cherish the day together just as much. make crepes in our own kitchens. send each other endless loving messages. smile together, laugh together, be happy together. one year with the love of my life, and one year with the love of yours.
and if we are together (january 31st is a sunday) then this day will be lazy and snuggly. waking up together. morning kisses, crepes. homework ;). and when it's all done, we'll look back at the year we've completed together.
i miss you a lot right now. soon. soon i'll see you. :)
i would write a lot more, but if it's our anniversary (and we're back at uconn) then i am sure we have something lovely planned. so once you've finished this email (and read it again and again) come find me and give me a kiss, and i'll give you one back. repeat ad infinitum.
